Laura Solomon (Nelson, New Zealand) is a playwright, writer and poet. Her first play, "The Dummy Bride," was produced as part of the Wellington Fringe Festival. Her work has appeared in various publications, including The Edinburgh Review. Solomon is the author of the short story collection "Alternative Medicine" (2008, Flame Books), and has a forthcoming novel, tentatively titled "An Imitation of Life" (2010, Solidus.)
